This guide is designed to give you all the information you need to meet your little one's unique sleep needs. Whether you choose to follow the schedule strictly or follow the guidance on establishing a flexible routine, what's important is establishing what your baby will thrive on best. You have options for different settling methods depending on your baby's unique temperament as well as guidance on how to make any sleep changes in a way that suits you.
Absolutely! All babies thrive on consistency and we often see sleep improve just by following the age appropriate feeding and sleeping times as well as the other advice on environment, temperament, solids, settling etc.
Nope! There is a whole section on how to navigate sleep when out and about. It's important to respect your little one's naps but that doesn't mean you can't have a life!
You will get log in details to access your dashboard that will give you access to all the course content. There are written modules, videos, infographics and downloadable pdf's.
This depends on how long you take to implement changes. If you want to teach your little one how to self-settle, a quicker method will yield quicker results. If you choose a more gradual method, this might take longer. You can choose to work on everything all at once and you may see progress a lot quicker. Some parents see improvement after a matter of days. But you may choose to make changes slowly and so improvement to sleep might take a bit longer.
